Winona Sheriff, Dave Brand’s efforts to never give up deserve a huge amount of credit.
He had called in more help than in any other search I have seen in just over 20 years of involvement in Public Safety Diving.
It was his effort in reaching out as far as he could to help the Kingsbury family today.
